Refund and Returns Policy

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. You are entitled to a replacement or store credit to the same amount to be spent with 2 Sisters for a major failure. You are also entitled to have the goods replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and failure does not amount to a major failure. If the failure is minor, we reserve our right to offer store credit only.

 

We are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind. But you can choose store credit or exchange if an item has a major problem. This is when the item:

  • has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item if they had known about it
  • is unsafe
  • is significantly different from the sample or description
  • doesn’t do what we said it would, or what you asked for and can’t be easily fixed.

 

Returns, store credit or exchanges must be accompanied by any one of the following proof of purchase documents:

Original receipt (no photocopies accepted)

Online Tax Invoice

Financial Statement (i.e. bank statement, credit card statement)

 

Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to: 7/11 Dominions Rd, Gold Coast, QLD, 4214, Australia

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 

Privacy

You will be asked for information that is relevant to your return or to satisfy legislative requirement. If you do not provide this information, then we may be unable to process your return. When returning merchandise with proof of purchase, you will be asked for your signature as authorisation of the return transaction. 2Sisters will record your name and form of identification provided, which may be accessed by authorised 2 Sister team members for fraud protection activities. Information collected will be securely stored in accordance with our Privacy Policy available on our website.
